Pancake Tuesday
Stack’em high American style pancakes – Recipe from One Yummy Mummy
Ingredients
100g self-raising flour
25g caster sugar
125ml milk
1 egg
Method
Mix the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and stir
Put oil on a pan on a medium heat (use some kitchen paper to spread the oil)
Pour a ladle full of mixture onto the pan, wait for the holes to appear, then flip to the other side.
I have found about three minutes each side usually does it.
If you do make them, feel free to email a photo to hscl@assumptionss.com

Enjoy,
Lisa
