French Club Lunch
Members of the French club had a tasty lunch today for their last meeting of the academic year 2014/2015.Meeting every Monday and Thursday/Friday, the girls worked diligently on their projects, sharing interesting facts they learned and compiling their work together. This week brought a close to their meetings with them presenting their projects individually to the whole group on Monday and having an end of year celebration filled with lovely French music and plenty of croissants on Friday.

Assumption Secondary Schools French Club is held weekly (Thursday lunch time) for Junior Cycle students.
The aim of the French club is for students to gain extra knowledge about France outside of the French curriculum.
This term, students are working individually and in pairs on two different projects, one on a French region and the other on a famous French person.

St. Patrick's DayThis week in the spirit of St. Patricks Day,
French club students took a break from their projects and revised colour and clothes vocabulary through creating small leprechauns and then describing them orally to one another. |
