The Transition Year students successfully organised a Book Club for junior students.  The club met once a week in the school library to discuss a chosen novel in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Happily our Book Club proved to be extremely popular among our students.  Those that attended had the opportunity to discuss all aspects of a book's merits.  The Book Club also succeeded in promoting not only the importance of, but also the enjoyment of reading for pleasure.

We hope that the Book Club will be back with us for the next academic year!
