Camera Club Annual Outing
On Sunday 12th of March the Camera Club had their annual outing. This year we went to Bray. We were lucky to have great weather! We met at the band stand and from there walked up to the harbor and back down towards Bray Head. The girl took some fantastic photographs.
Camera Club has resumed and takes place every Friday morning at 8.30am in the music room. Already we have had some amazing submissions from our members. Keep an eye out here for regular updates and for the photo of the month.
Camera Club Exhibition
On Wedneday the 25th and Thursday
the 26th of March, Assumption Camera
Club held their first photography exhibition.
Each member of the club displayed ten of their favourite images.
This event was open to the public and there was a great turnout.

Camera Club Trip
On Wednesday the 11th of March the Camera club took a trip into Dublin City centre to capture the city through the lense. We began our outing at Christ Church and travelled up through Temple Bar. We paid a visit to the Galley of Photography in Temple Bar where we got some ideas for our own forthcoming exhibiton.
We then ventured out towards the Ha’penny Bridge. The weather was not on our side so we took shelter in the Buttery in Trinity College.

Our photo of the month this month was submitted by Ruzzelyn Caniel from 5th year. It is a self portrait entitled ‘The Inner Self’. Ruzzelyns camera of choice is a Canon EOS 1000D.
