The Buddy System is a valuable part of  Assumption Secondary School's pastoral programme.  The transition from primary school to secondary can be both challenging and occasionally intimidating.  Therefore, at the start of each academic year every sixth year student is partnered with an incoming first year student.  This partnership benefits the younger student as it provides them with a go-to person if they have any problems or worries.  It provides our youngest year group with a sense of security and reassurance as they embark on their secondary school years.

Is cuid mhór den tréadchúram é an Cara Scoile.  Aidhm an iontabhais seo ná go mbeadh na sóisir mar chairde acu siúd atá sa chéabhliain, le cuidiú leofa agus tacaíocht a thabhairt daofa agus iad ag toiseacht amach.
